Log into your Leap Second Account during onboarding to restore your Pro account.
If you don't log in during onboarding, Leap Second will create an Anonymous Account, and logging into a pre-existing account won't be possible.
Go to your Leap Second Settings, select Anonymous Account, and delete it.
Start the process and log in during onboarding to restore your Leap Second Pro.
