To cancel your subscription,  tap the "Pro" icon in the app and scroll all the way down to the "Manage Subscription" button.  Tapping the button will take you to the App Store where you can cancel your Leap Second subscription.  You can also use one of the following methods to cancel https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039#subscriptions
